"When I first was contacted by Cristina, the experience was wonderful. She helped me find a quote that suited me, but unfortunately that bittersweet moment only lasted a month and a half. I had to cancel my policy due to the fact that I felt like my boundaries were overstepped at some point. I understand that in some ways, she was simply trying to help by offering life insurance to bring my quote down. I communicated that I already had a policy with a company I work with and I assumed she’d respect that. Weeks went by and I was constantly receiving calls and messages. Still trying to show life insurance policies. And although I understand that is part of a sales job, being overly persistent and bombarding clients, is in some form unprofessional. Not to mention, that even today I was asked if I was available to speak, but never saying why. I proceeded to say yes because I was genuinely available, just to find out on my own through the app that they had raised my policy from 247.81 to 286.75, almost 300. I understand that my age affects my policy price, but this was a very inconsiderate on their end."
